Efficiency lightweight, minimal size

Horizontal wind turbine to be combined with photovoltaic for a hybrid installation throuhg the battery storage solution. The turbines are available in sizes from 400W up to 3kW, nominal power with a wind of 12 m/s, have compact dimensions and diameters from 1,5 to 3m and weight from 20 to 70Kg. These wind turbines lend themselves to being installed both on flat roofs, where self-supporting structures avoid drilling the roof if it is impossible, both on pitched roofs, the logic is to exploit the heights of existing buildings avoiding to mount poles to the ground from 10m.

These turbines: are built according to the IEC 61400-2 certification, a very important factor for small wind power generators, are made with specials suitable for extended mechanical stresses for longer life.

5 blades perfect aerodynamic profile in very little space

Patented 5-blade aerodynamic profile with a symmetrical and twisted aerodynamic design that ensures maximum wind power (Cp> 0.35 with low wind intensity) and works with incredibly low noise and minimal vibrations. The blade was designed with an over-speed braking system that will generate an inverse reluctance torque to lower the blade rotation speed so that the blades and the generator can be well protected with higher wind, this has solved problems with safety and reliability faced by most of the small horizontal axis wind turbines.

  • 5 blades made of fiberglass reinforced nylon using advanced thermoplastic engineering and precision injection molding technology for greater strength, flexibility and reliability.

  • The generator casing is made of die-cast aluminum alloy with minimal tolerances and sealed with high quality sealant, which is why the wind generator can work normally in various working conditions, and it is also the generator is equipped with class B insulation and IP56 protection.

  • the rotor consists of a rotor shaft in high quality stainless steel connected with a permanent neodymium magnet, the exclusive design reduces the starting torque of the alternator so as to have more power in weak wind conditions.

  • Electromagnetic braking combined with aerodynamics to maximize energy capture. The turbine has been designed to minimize dimensions and weights while guaranteeing high performance for its swept area.

Ground pole

Typical installation on a flat roof where the turbine is mounted on a 9m high pole adjacent to the structure. Even if the generator weighs only 70Kg, a suitable structure with a concrete plinth is always necessary to ensure maximum hold during the gusts.

Flat roof

Installation of 1 1.5kW turbine always in combination with photovoltaic thanks to battery storage. Ad hoc structures allow and facilitate the positioning on the ridge of the pitched roofs and guarantee good production taking advantage of the height of the house.

Inclined roofs

Hybrid system on a pitched roof, the perfect combination of a photovoltaic system and a wind farm thanks to the storage system. 1 turbine of 1.5kW of power mounted under the ridge as the origin of the wind for more than 90% of the year turned out to be on the east side.
