System Parts: Pneumatic Base unit - Solder paste unit with stencil - Solder ball Unit with stencil

Operation:
1) Place Bga into centering unit
2) Place centering unit on the base unit
3) Turn the knob of the centering unit and release Bga
4) Switch ON Base vacuum - the Bga will be kept on the base
5) Remove the centering unit from the base
6) Place the solder paste unit on the base unit
7) Apply soldering paste on Bga bumper side by a squeege
8) After Pasting, remove the solder paste unit from the base unit
9) Place the solder ball unit on the base unit
10) Pour the right amount of soldering balls into the solder ball unit
11) Shake the base unit with the solder ball unit, and drop solder balls into the hole of stencil.
12) After dropping, remove the solder ball unit from the base unit.
13) Put off the vacuum switch.
14) Take out BGA from the base unit.
