Etneo modular "Plug In" series is the most technologically advanced system offered for the reworking and assembly of printed circuit boards using SMT and traditional techniques. The modular concept of the system allows the user notable advantages both in operative and financial terms. In effect it is the user himself who defines the precise requirements of the work station for his present and future needs. The modules necessary for the specific work are inserted and used in a power cabinet, different in capacity and dimensions which can grow and be modified at will, thereby interacting with the specific operator so as to guarantee maximum productivity and simplicity of use. The system has been built following the international standards DIN 41944 for the assembly of electromechanical apparatus in 19" racks. All components used comply with the latest international standards.
Each cabinet (Std 3HE in height) is supplied with one or two power distribution modules installed, which feed a protected voltage supply 100-230V AC +/- 10% 50/60 Hz to a rear mounted plate. Trough connectors (DIN 46244) this plate supplies the individual modules chosen by the user.
Powered Modules and Tools
Each module (12TE x 3HE) occupies one rack unit and is equipped with a logical circuit to perform operative functions, and a safety transformer 100/230V/24V. It is inserted into the power cabinet on a convenient track and is equipped with a lock system on the front panel. The modules take the rapidly fitted tools defined by the user. All the specific Etneo made tools, can be connected into the Plug In modules
