Soldering - De soldering - Hot air
The more advanced Rework center available. In a single workstation, there are available all the tools and functions today used in any work bench and rework task. Both technique, Conduction and Convection are included: PTH or SMT DeSoldering and Removal, Non Contact Hot Air, Real time F type soldering for PB less applications and standard soldering iron. All the tools are always ready for use, they reach immediately the selected temperature, the ones not in used go to the stand by mode.

"Air" Section: The left display selects and shows the temperature of the selected tool with the key "Mode" , which it could be the PTH components desoldering stylus or the stylus for the SMT - therefore with tin aspiration and vacuum pick up of the Smd - , or the Hot Air Stylus with the Etneo exclusive flow control on the grip, for "Non Contact" soldering-desoldering applications.
"Solder" Section: The right display selects and shows the System F real time soldering, ideal tool for microelectronics applications, or the standard iron tool for general purpose use.
The system is managed by dedicated Firmware and software, allowing the following features:

Models EDS LF N2 and System F N2 - The N2 source Flow is being adjusted by a precision flowmeter and pre-heated. Therefore lower temperatures can be used and any Rework & Soldering is easy.
