The Etneo "easy re=place" is an Interactive workstation for the de-soldering,
the easy repositioning and the soldering of any SMT-BGA component. The
unit, in the stand alone configuration, can be fully managed by its microprocessor/firmware
CPU, or can be connected to a PC with the Etneo exclusive profiling and Real
Time managing software. The machine can be completed by a series of suitable
optional tools to facilitate any SMD assembly and reworking operations
