The DOS A1 is a fluid dispenser system to precisely dispense soldering paste and a wide range of fluids. It requires compressed air supply 4 - 6 Atm, the dispensing is achieved by a foot pedal or an optional micro switch on the syringe barrel. Timer and air pressure monitor - Anti drop feature - ESD safe - Optional vacuum pen for pick up SMT components.

The units is supplied with:

Control unit 100- 220/24V 1O0W made in one 19" rack module inserted into a 1 Unit power cabinet (interchangeable therefore with the modules of the "Plug In" Etneo series) - Power supply module control - Air pressure regulator - Syringe with tip and foot pedal.
