Semi-Auto Large wire bonder

SHB-150 is applicable for large wire bonding process with aluminum wires from 100 to 500 µm diameter. The compact table -top unit is ideal for laboratory, prototyping, and repair applications. The stepping motor driven Y and Z axes enable single or multiple bonds to be executed. Originally developed bonding force control makes bond force stable.
