The Terra controller has been designed to be integrated
with any external robot. The Janome Cartesian & SCARA line of robots
have a complete software interface that allows the Terra to communicate
seamlessly with the Janome robot controller and provide a fully integrated
selective solder system. The Terra has the ability to program 100 point,
100 slide and 100 custom solder profiles. The profiles are easily called
via a simple I/O interface to / from the Terra. This controller provides
for a large quantity of profiles for applications that require many joint
types. The Terra is normally configured with a robot to provide a highly
functional system.

The contribution of nitrogen to the area of soldering creates an inert environment resulting improving and facilitating the process of welding. As often impractical draw nitrogen from the cylinder, Etneo proposes the filter exchanger that transforms Compressed Air in pure nitrogen to 99.9% - then is taken to tip sealing (tube blue photo below) and its flow around the area only where the welding.
